Pipieou – Domaine de la Réaltìere, Millésime 2021 honors an exceptional cuvée, born from biodynamic vines at 450m altitude on clay-limestone terroir. This maceration of Bourboulenc, Ugni Blanc and Sémillon is vinified without intrants, aged in dolia and barrel, offering vibrant tension, a saline finish and great energy. The painting evokes the intense movement of the wine in fermentation, its notes of candied citrus and quince, its vibrant balance between liveliness and softness. Orange tones swirl around the bottle like a suspended celebration. My gesture is intuitive, rooted in living matter. I integrate wine, olive oil and local lavender essential oil. With the purchase, the collector receives the represented bottle (vintage according to availability), a certificate of authenticity, and is invited to complete the living DNA of the work by pouring a few drops.
